Exceptional service transformed my experience, particularly with the staff's attentiveness to our needs, including preparations for our infant. The room had a stunning view, and the birthday cake surprise made our stay unforgettable. However, it was somewhat noisy at night, and I found the air conditioning too cold for comfort. The Indian food was excellent but limited in variety that one might expect from a five-star establishment.

The attentiveness of the staff, especially Johanna Fagerberg, made our stay with our infant truly exceptional. The room was beautifully appointed and exceeded our expectations.

My stay was quite disappointing. The HVAC system in the room was terrible. it got uncomfortably hot, making it impossible to sleep. I found myself sweating just getting dressed and couldn’t control the temperature. I expected a much better experience from this hotel.

I was charmed by the elegant décor featuring twinkling chandeliers and plush furnishings that made the atmosphere feel so welcoming. The accessibility features throughout the hotel ensured a comfortable experience for seniors like myself.

A special mention goes to Ms. Amira, who secured a reservation for the Ramadan tent, allowing me a delightful Iftar experience despite it being fully booked initially. The luxurious facilities and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. However, I wish the HVAC system in the room had more temperature control for improved comfort.

I recently enjoyed an exceptional stay with an amazing buffet selection and stunning views of Riyadh. Ms. Amira's help securing my reservation truly made my experience memorable. I would go back for sure!

I gotta say, the service here was great! Ms. Amira really saved my bacon when all the tables for Iftar were booked. She managed to snag one for me even when it seemed impossible. Another highlight was the room itself, spacious and equipped with modern amenities, felt like luxury in every detail.

Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel offered amazing family-friendly amenities, like tennis courts that my kids loved. We enjoyed a delightful trip to Ad'Diriyah, where we explored its rich history. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring our family, including our two kids, felt at home.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast quality was below expectations, especially for a luxury hotel. It would be great if they provided more appealing breakfast options for families.
